For the last 15 years, Heidi and I have raised part of our salary as college pastors for three main reasons.  

1. It keeps us dependent on the Lord’s provision.

2. It enables smaller churches with limited resources to have staff focused on reaching and discipling students for mission.

3. It keeps us connected to a wide base of partners who pray and give.
